About the Author
Jim Weaver is an anonymous but popular name known in INTERNET circles. Jim studied graphic arts in the 1970's and developed half tone negatives and line negatives for offset printing press work in the day of huge process cameras and ferro-type plates using silver halide emulsion for development in the dark room. Jim is also an interface developer and former teacher of photography.

For more than 20 years in Clatsop County Jim Weaver consulted for local historical renovation societies working in Astoria, Oregon and Southwest Washington as a rehabilitation specialist for Victorian age homes and buildings specializing in preserving architectural wood and aging woods components repair.

Jim is the author of "The Care and Feeding of a Victorian Home" honoring the craftsmanship of wood working and painting techniques used in the Victorian age.

When the Internet came along Jim recaptured his old flame for graphic art design and program deployment of the best web design practices. Jim stays up on technologies concerning the INTERNET and knows what works and what doesn't!
